Powell & Parrish handles a variety of criminal litigation including traffic and criminal offenses, both misdemeanors and felonies.

In the area of civil litigation, we specialize in personal injury litigation, particularly complex cases (product liability, medical malpractice, ordinary negligence, auto accidents, nursing home negligence), as well as workers' compensation on both the federal and state level. We will represent either side of a case (either plaintiffs or defendants). We are also willing to handle domestic relations or immigration issues, business transactions, or general concerns in addition to these core areas.
