Family-Based Petitions:

Certain individuals are able to obtain permanent residency through family members. If you are eligible for permanent residency through a family member, we will complete all the necessary documentation and applications required. This includes obtaining a temporary work authorization document and advance parole if you wish to travel abroad while your application is pending. We will assemble the applications, documents, and supporting evidence to be sent to the appropriate INS office.*

You may be eligible for permanent residency through a family-based petition if one of the following applies:

  • You are the spouse or child of a U.S. citizen;
  • You are the parent of a U.S. citizen who is over 21;
  • You are the brother or sister of a U.S. citizen who is over 21;
  • You are the spouse or unmarried child of a lawful permanent resident.

Employment-Based Petitions:

Some individuals are able to obtain permanent residency through eithertheir current employers or prospective employers. We will meet with both you and your sponsoring employer in order to complete all the required documentation and labor certification applications. This includes obtaining a temporary work authorization document and advance parole if you wish to travel abroad while your application is pending. We will also guide the employer through any necessary recruitment procedures. We will then assemble the applications, documents, and supporting evidence to be sent to the appropriate INS office.*

You may be eligible for permanent residency through an employment-based petition if:

  • You are an individual of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics;
  • You are member of the professions with an advanced degree;
  • You are an individual with exceptional ability in the sciences, arts, or business;
  • ou are a skilled worker;
  • You are a professional;
  • You are an unskilled worker.

Nonimmigrant Visas:

There are various categories of nonimmigrant visas that allow aliens to come to the United States for a certain period of time. Several classes of non-immigrants can adjust their status to permanent residents.*

Listed below are some of the nonimmigrant services we provide:

  • Visas for Academic students wishing to attend school in the United States;
  • Visas for Business or Pleasure;
  • Visas for an alien engaged to a U.S. citizen;
  • H-1B visas for aliens with a sponsoring employer. With the H-1B visa, we will work with both the alien and the employer in obtaining an approved Labor Condition Application and completing the necessary documentation;
  • Extensions of visas for aliens wishing to remain in the United States after the expiration dates of their I-94 departure cards.

Temporary Protected Status:

If you are a national of a certain country designated under the Temporary Protected Status (TPS), you may be eligible to apply for such status while it remains valid. Having TPS will provide you with an employment authorization document, enabling you to legally work while in the United States. We will complete and assemble the necessary applications in order to be sent to the appropriate INS office.*

Naturalization:

After meeting certain guidelines, you may be eligible for naturalization. We will complete all the necessary documents and prepare you for the civics examination that is taken during you naturalization interview.*

You may be eligible for naturalization if one of the following applies:

  • You have been a lawful permanent resident for at least 5 years;
  • You have been a lawful permanent resident for at least 3 years and you have been married to and living with the same U.S. citizen for the last 3 years and your spouse has been a U.S. citizen for the last 3 years;
  • You have served in the U.S. Armed Forces and you are a lawful permanent resident with at least 3 years of U.S. Armed Forces service and you are either on active duty or filing within 6 months of honorable discharge
  • You have served in the U.S. Armed Forces and you served during a period of recognized hostilities and enlisted or re-enlisted in the United States.
