Ernest Wayne Powell and Christian Parrish, together with associate Imie Aisiku, comprise the Virginia law firm of Powell & Parrish, P.C. Our attorneys proudly serve clients throughout the state of Virginia and Washington D.C. Our foreign-born client based is rapidly increasing, with the majority of our clients speaking Spanish. Attorney Powell is fluent in Spanish, French, Italian and German. Our firm staffing enables the efficient interpretation and translation of hearings and documents as is required throughout the course of representation.
E. Wayne Powell is a 1972 graduate of the University of Richmond, Virginia, and a 1980 graduate of the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. He is an experienced trial lawyer, qualified to practice before all state, Superior and federal courts in the District of Columbia and Virginia, including the Supreme Court of the United States.
Christian Parrish joined the firm after he graduated from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1999.
Imie Aisiku joined the firm in 2006 after graduating from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.
